When you register for our course(s) or when you contact us, we will collect “personally identifiable” information and “non-personally identifiable” information from you. Only persons who provide us with the requested personally identifiable information will be eligible to utilize our products.
Personally Identifiable Information: “Personally identifiable” information that BMFCE may collect and process include:
- Name and physical address, email address, and telephone numbers;
- Company and title;
- Course enrollments;
- Course usage;
- Transactional data;
- Credit card information; and
- Your communications with BMFCE.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. “Non-personally” identifiable information is information that we collect from you that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as your website browsing patterns or demographic information.

How We Collect Information
Personally Identifiable Information. We collect personally identifiable information about you when you create an account with us and when you register for our course(s).
Preference and options configurations in your browser determine if and how a cookie will be accepted. You can change those configurations on your computer if you desire. You do this through your browser settings. By changing your preferences, you can choose to accept all cookies, or have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to reject all cookies.
How We Use the Information
Personally Identifiable Information. We mainly use your personally identifiable information to register you for your course, engage in course-related transactions, and for customer service. We may also use the information that you provide to communicate information about new products and services. We also use your personally identifiable information for internal research purposes. This allows us to better understand your needs and to provide you with better service.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of the Site and to enable us to personalize your course experience. We also may use the non-personally identifiable information in the aggregate to analyze how visitors and subscribers use and navigate the Site, as well as to offer you products, courses, or services.
Retention of Your Information
If you have registered for a course or created an account through the Site, your account information will be retained for as long as you maintain an active account. Your account and account information will be deleted if you do not log in for 24 consecutive months. BMFCE will retain records of that deletion for 90 days.
How We Share Information within BMFCE
BMFCE employees and independent contractors hired to provide BMFCE products and services to you are only authorized to access personally identifiable information to the extent necessary to serve the applicable purpose and to perform their job functions.
How We Share Information with Others
We may hire agents and contractors to perform services on our behalf including, without limitation, facilitating some aspects of the Site, sending e-mails to you, and handling our billings, collections and renewals. While at the Site, your information can be accessed through your username and password or, if you selected the “autologin” feature, through the unique identifier stored on your computer station.

BMFCE updates and tests our technology to improve the protection of our information about you and to assure the integrity of our information. You must be eighteen (18) years or older to access the Site. Our products and services are available only for those over the age of eighteen (18). Due to these age restrictions, no information obtained by the Site falls within the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and is not monitored as doing so.
BMFCE will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. Unless permitted under applicable laws, BMFCE will not engage in any of the following:
